3. Membership Terms

Membership plans are billed monthly based on your selected package and auto-renew until cancelled.

• Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only and are non-transferable.
• "Unlimited washes" means visits as often as reasonably needed for that registered vehicle.
• Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• No refunds for partially used billing periods.
• We may suspend memberships in cases of misuse.
• Pricing changes may occur with prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service or based on the membership billing cycle. We accept major payment methods available at checkout.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues such as loose parts, cracked mirrors, prior paint damage, rust, or damaged seals.

Please remove valuables and loose personal items before service. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in vehicles.

Our liability for any service-related damage is limited to the cost of the service rendered, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Code of Conduct

Customers are expected to treat staff respectfully. We may refuse service in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discounts are subject to separate terms and expiration dates and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Miraclemile Car Wash and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
